        吸附冷凝回收

        The technology of adsorption condensate recovery

        ?技術原理

        廢氣經預處理(降溫、過濾等)后,進入活性炭吸附罐,吸附效率可達90%-95%,達標排放;
        當活性炭達到飽和后,停止吸入有機廢氣。利用熱源氣體(蒸汽或氮氣)作為脫附介質,將廢氣從活性炭中脫附出,即活性炭再生。
        脫附出的廢氣經多級冷凝,由氣態轉為液態,即溶劑回收。

        After exhaust gas is treated (cooling,filtration, etc.), it enters into the activated carbon adsorption tank. The adsorption efficiency is up to 90% -95%, the exhaust gas discharged conforms to the standard. When the activated carbon reaches the state of saturation, exhaust gas stops. The exhaust gas is desorpted from the activated carbon using the heat source gas (steam or nitrogen) as a desorption medium, that is the regeneration of activated carbon. The desorption exhaust gas is transferred into liquid from gaseous through the multi-level condensation, that is solvent recovery.
